It combines a compact light weight block, precision machined to close tolerances (±0.001), to provide an ergonomic tool, easy to handle with a grooved gripping band on its upper sides.
The compact design can be used in tight spaces where fasteners or transitions in skin thickness or laps occur; in place of a larger drill bushing block which may not fit.

Special Air Services- Canada Inc. Part Number 9536921-201 is a newly designed and manufactured “Drill Bushing Handle” intended to be used with an “OD Drill Bushing” to ensure the transfer and accurately positioning of a fastener holes.

This Drill Bushing Block ( P/N 9536721-302)  is machined from S.A.E. 1018 Carbon Steel Alloy.  Each block is “Gas Nitrided” then post oxide procedure is applied.  As well as giving  it the black color, the Gas Nitride procedure “case hardens” the surface providing a corrosion and scratch resistant surface. This block is machined to accommodate a 0.500″ diameter “slip fit” drill bushing on one end and a 0.750″ diameter “slip fit” drill bushing on the other end.

Medium Drill Square- Part Number and Serial Numbers are engraved on each 9536814-302 Drill Square.

9536814-401 Dill Square – “Stubby” is suited for use with a Stub Drill and an Angle Drill in tight spaces with little vertical space.

This Seat/Cargo Track bushing P/N 9536829-7850 is used to install Brownline Seat Track fastener holes concentrically in the seat track round feature.
