This 27 Piece OD Drill Bushing Set (Sometimes referred to as transfer drill bushings) consisted of bushing diameters of 0.1285″ to 0.5312”.

The inside diameter for bushings with an outside diameter  of 0.1875″ or less has a  0.0980 (#40 Drill) “pilot hole”  The remaining larger bushings, in the set, have a “pilot hole” inside diameter of 0.1285 (#30 Drill). The bushings are machined to a tolerance of ±0.001″.  These bushing have been machined from O-1 tool steel.  After machining they are heat treated and tempered to a hardness of Rockwell 58+. The outside diameter of each bushing is laser engraved on the head of the bushing.

The bushings are shipped with a tray machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum.  The tray has been “anodized” to provide a high visibility red color, wear and corrosion resistance.  The bushing diameter is  laser engraved adjacent to the respective hole in the tray.  We have improved the design of the tray to reduce the height to 1.0″.  As well, rubber feet have been added to the tray for stability.    Now more compact, the bushing set should fit in your tool tray easily.

We can also supply custom drill bushings in sizes up to 0.7600″.  Special bushings can be machined to meet customer requirements.

The Dash Number below represents the outside diameter of the bushings included in this kit (example -1285  =   0.1285″ =  #30 drill size)
