This 8 Piece OD Drill Bushing Set (Transfer Bushing)  (P/N 9536797-008 R2) is supplied with sizes 0.1285, 0.159, 0.1875, 0.250, 0.3125, 0.3750, 0.4375 and 0.5000.  Each Bushing has been machined from  O-1 tool steel to a tolerance of ±0.001″.  Bushings are heat treated then tempered to Rockwell 58+. The tray is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and “anodized” to provide the red color.  Anodizing adds corrosion and scratch resistance.  The outside diameter of each bushing is laser engraved on the head of the bushing.  As well, its diameter is also now laser engraved adjacent to the respective hole in the tray.
