This bushing is used to install Brownline Seat/Cargo Tracks.  Its outside diameter is 0.7850″ which snugly fits the round feature of the Brownline track.  Like all bushing manufactured by SAS-Canada, it has been machined from O-1 Tool Steel.  After machining it is heat treated and tempered.  This process result in a harness of RHC 58+.  This level of harness ensures that the bushing will not wear over years of use.   The inside diameter of this type of Seat/Cargo Drill Bushing has been machine to 0.5000″ to accept a standard 1/2″ diameter “Slip Fit” drill bushing.  The technician using this bushing can select the size of “Slip Fit” Drill Bushing to match the drill size for the intended fastener hole.  

As with all the “Slip Fit” Bushings SAS-Canada manufactures, this Seat/Cargo Drill Bushing is drilled and tapped on its OD to accept a 10-32 Set Screw.  This set screw retains the “Slip Fit” bushing securely in place .
